- Booking: To secure your reservation, full payment is required.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit is required for all rentals, with two options available. The standard deposit amount is $500 USD. Alternatively, you may pay a non-refundable security deposit of $80 USD per rental instead of the $500 USD deposit.
- Check-In and Check-Out: Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request and are subject to availability.
- Occupancy: Maximum occupancy per property: 2-bedroom – 4 guests; 3-bedroom – 6 guests; 4-bedroom – 8 guests. Additional guests may be allowed with prior approval and may incur extra charges.
- Property Care: Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition. Any damages or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the guest’s security deposit.
- Pets and Smoking: Pets are not permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the properties. Violations may result in additional charges.
- Amenities and Services: Rental properties are equipped with basic amenities. Essential supplies for the first week for bathrooms and kitchen are provided. Guests must purchase their own supplies thereafter.
By booking a rental property with Momentum Rentals in Loreto Bay, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.
