Self Check-In Process
- Pre-arrival email: Two days before arrival, you will receive an email with detailed self check-in instructions.
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM local time.
- Access details: Your email will include step-by-step instructions, any access codes, and key retrieval information.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM local time. Please return keys, access cards, and any provided items to the property manager’s office at Paseo Mision de Loreto FN466 C.
House Rules
- Register any additional overnight guests in advance if this exceeds the stated occupancy.
- Use amenities and appliances responsibly; the primary guest is responsible for any damages due to misuse.
- Visitors are welcome and must follow community rules, regulations, and quiet hours. The primary guest is responsible for visitor conduct.
- Smoking is prohibited indoors and allowed only in designated areas where applicable. Follow the posted smoking policy.
- If pets are permitted, follow the pet policy, including leash rules, waste cleanup, and restricted areas.
Water and Hot Water
- Water bottles: Your first water bottle is complimentary. Additional bottles or refills are $50 MX. Please contact our team to arrange delivery.
- Hot water: It may take up to 4 minutes for hot water to reach the shower.
Included Amenities
The following starter amenities are provided once upon arrival (not replenished during your stay):
- 2 small shampoos
- Liquid soap
- Moisturizing lotion
- 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom
- Liquid kitchen soap and a sponge
- 3 trash bags
- 1 water jug
Fitness Pricing
- One-day gym access: $200 MX
- One-week gym pass: $300 MX
- Monthly gym membership: $750 MX
Payments are accepted at the Coldwell Banker Momentum Realty office located next to the gym.
Waste and Recycling
Dumpsters are located throughout the Founders Neighborhood. Refer to on-site community maps or ask our team for the nearest location to your rental.
